Color coated aluminum coil coating is divided into: polyester coated aluminum coil (PE), fluorocarbon coated aluminum coil (PVDF). Continuous solid film with protective decorative properties. Processing of color-coated aluminum coils
Coated aluminum coil is a product obtained by coloring the surface of aluminum flat plate. According to its characteristics, it can be divided into polyester and fluorocarbon spraying. The product performance is very stable, not easy to be corroded, and has a long service life.

1. Raw material coil entry: start the uncoiler to ensure that the raw material enters the production line continuously and smoothly.

2. Pretreatment: The surface of the aluminum coil should be cleaned and treated with organic chemicals (degreased), and then dried. Among them, the temperature of deoiling treatment is 45~70℃, and the time is about 10~20s.

3. Roller coating: Color-coated coils are coated with topcoat and paint. Among them, the primer and topcoat are composite fluorocarbon coatings, mainly including: 30-40 parts of polyurethane acrylic resin, 2-6 parts of epoxy polybutadiene epoxy resin, 3-9 parts of titanium dioxide, glycidyl isocyanide 4-8 parts of urate ester, 1-4 parts of lauryl alcohol ester, 50400.2-0.6 part of wetting agent.

4. Baking, drying and refrigeration: the liquid coating applied on the surface of the aluminum coil is baked and dried in a drying oven, and the temperature of the drying oven is adjusted after curing to complete the cooling of the coating. The drying temperature of the drying oven is about 241°C-260°C.
Processing Technology Of Color-Coated Aluminum Coil
1. After the light aluminum coil is cleaned, chromed, rolled, baked, etc., the surface of the aluminum coil is coated with various colors of paint, that is, the color-coated aluminum coil.

2. Color aluminum is widely used in thermal insulation panels, aluminum curtain walls, aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofing systems, aluminum ceilings and many other fields because of its advantages of light texture, bright color, easy processing and no rust.

3.
