Plate Classification

1. According to the different classification of aluminum sheet alloys

Ordinary aluminum alloy pattern plate: generally made of 1060 aluminum plate as the plate base, after processing. Usually, the floor, cold storage, and outer packaging use this kind of checkered board, and the price is low.

Aluminum alloy pattern plate: generally made of 3003 aluminum plate as the main raw material. This kind of aluminum plate has good anti-rust performance, so it is also called anti-rust aluminum plate. The strength is slightly higher than that of ordinary aluminum alloy pattern plate, but the hardness and corrosion resistance are not as good as 5000 series pattern plate. It is generally used in areas where rust prevention requirements are not strict, such as trucks, cold storage floors, etc.

Aluminum-magnesium alloy pattern plate: generally made of 5000 series plates such as 5052 or 5083 as raw materials. It has good corrosion resistance, anti-rust performance, strong hardness and certain load-bearing capacity. It is usually used in special places, such as: ships, cabin lights, and humid environments.

2. According to the different classification of aluminum sheet patterns

Five-rib aluminum alloy pattern plate: also known as willow-shaped pattern plate and aluminum alloy pattern plate. The patterns on the surface of the aluminum plate are arranged in parallel with five concave and convex patterns, and each pattern presents an included angle of 60-80 degrees with other patterns. Therefore, this checker plate has excellent anti-skid performance, so it is widely used in floor design and so on.

Compass aluminum alloy pattern plate: It is also an aluminum plate whose main function is to prevent slipping.
